Avocado Green Sauce

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 1/2 slightly soft avocados (1 cup packed)
  • 1/2 of a large juicy lime (1 tablespoon)
  • 3-6 slices of pickled jalapeños (More if not spicy enough)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 pinches pepper

Instructions

  1. First, add the following ingredients to the bowl of a small food processor: avocados, lime juice, pickled jalapeños, sour cream, cilantro, salt, and finally, pepper. Turn the foot processor on and mix until smooth. Scrape down the sides and process additionally if needed. Lastly, taste for seasoning, serve, and enjoy.
