- 3/4 cup canned coconut milk (full fat)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp White vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp Dried parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- First, add coconut milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, dried parsley, garlic powder, dried dill, sea salt, and black pepper to a medium bowl.
- Next, stir with a whisk. Pour dressing into a mason jar or glass container. Serve on salad and enjoy.
