This avocado green sauce is creamy, tangy, and hits you with the perfect slight hint of heat. It will turn taco Tuesday from mundane to elevated flavor bomb at your favorite taco shop. It’s literally next level. Add this sauce to tacos, burrito bowls, eggs, or avocado toast. The possibilities are endless!

AVOCADO GREEN SAUCE TIPS:
When choosing avocados for this recipe, make sure they are slightly soft and not overly ripe. You can use regular pickled jalapeños but my favorite is fermented jalapeños. I make my own recipe from Cultured Guru. The fermented jalapeños are delicious and the added health benefits are even better.

FAQ:
How long will the Crema last in the refrigerator?
The Crema should last 2-3 days in the fridge.
How spicy is the Avocado Green Sauce?
This all depends on how spicy your jalapeños are. If they are really spicy, maybe start with 2-3 and go up from there. I find that a slight hint of spice is needed in the recipe. That being said, my kids like it and my youngest does not handle spice well.

PREP AHEAD:
This recipe can be made a day ahead of time and still be fine to use. However, it does taste best the day it is made.
