This Ranch Dressing Dairy Free is, creamy, slightly acidic, and has the perfect medley of herbs. I use it on almost any salad, drizzled on sandwiches, and wraps. This is the recipe I was finally able to convince my 10-year-old son that salad can actually taste good. And as a result, he's now hooked. Mom win!

Ingredients
I love this recipe for the sheer fact that I keep all ingredients on hand at all times in my refrigerator or pantry. Nothing causes more overwhelm when trying to piece a meal together and you have to run to the store.

The coconut milk and mayonnaise make the dressing creamy and crave able. The white wine vinegar, mustard, and lemon juice cut through the fat and give it the acidity it needs. The dried herbs give the dressing a ranch flavor blend without any ingredients that can’t be pronounced. And of course the finishing touch of it all is the salt and pepper that ties it all together.
- Canned coconut milk (full fat)-I buy mine at Trader Joe’s as it’s a great product and affordable.
- Mayonnaise-I like using Chosen Foods and it’s very affordable at Costco.
- White wine vinegar
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- Dijon mustard
- Dried parsley-I purchase my spices in bulk at Natural Grocers or Azure Standard.
- Garlic powder
- Dried dill
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
See recipe card below for quantities.

Instructions
Firstly, shake coconut milk to incorporate the fat on the top of the can with the milk in the bottom. This will ensure a more balanced consistency. Add the coconut milk to a medium bowl.
Secondly, add the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, and dijon mustard. After that, add dried parsley, garlic powder, dried dill, sea salt, and black pepper. Then stir well until fully incorporated.
Finally, pour the dressing into a glass mason jar or glass container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Use throughout the week on salads, sandwiches, or sandwich wraps!
Equipment
The equipment used is very minimal and typically you may already have it on hand.

Storage
Store the dressing in a glass mason jar or glass container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
These ingredients don’t stand up well to freezing.
